What they're looking for
- 10+ years of professional software engineering experience, including hands-on contributions to large-scale distributed systems
- 3+ years in engineering leadership roles, with direct experience managing engineers and driving team outcomes
- Strong knowledge of Golang and building gRPC-based microservices
- Deep experience with Kubernetes and cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Domain experience in network routing and network security
- Experience designing and operating a PaaS/SaaS product at scale
