About the role
We’re hiring a Growth Lead, Performance to build and scale the acquisition engine that powers Avoca’s next stage of growth. Your initial focus will be building and scaling our paid acquisition channels, starting with paid social and paid search, into meaningful sources of qualified pipeline. You’ll own these channels end to end: from strategy and execution to creative testing, conversion, measurement, and optimization.

- You have deep performance marketing expertise, but you don’t define yourself solely by paid media — you’re energized by finding and building whatever channel can move the number
- You think in terms of qualified pipeline, CAC, and revenue while caring deeply about the details that drive them
- You combine analytical rigor with strong creative judgment and understand that the message and offer matter as much as the media plan
- You move quickly, run disciplined experiments, and make clear decisions even when the data is imperfect
- You create clarity in ambiguous situations and don’t need an established playbook, a large team, or perfect information to make progress
