We’re hiring a GTM Engineer to build the data, systems, and growth infrastructure behind Avoca’s next stage of growth. Our ambition is to build a world-class GTM engine. We’re looking for someone excited to build AI-powered systems that give a small team enormous leverage and have an outsized impact on revenue.

- You’re a builder who wants to own both the system and the business outcome
- You combine technical depth with commercial instinct and can move comfortably between building AI-powered workflows, campaign strategy, and pipeline review
- You’re deeply curious and enjoy uncovering unconventional data, signals, and workflows that create alpha
- You move quickly, test pragmatically, and make good decisions without waiting for perfect data or an established playbook
- You’re rigorous about the details
- You build for the people using your systems and work closely with Growth, Sales, and RevOps to understand what they actually need
