About the role
Since Axiom Space is a very complex work environment, we are looking for a resilient, high-energy Senior Executive Administrative Assistant who is a dedicated operational and administrative partner to both the Chief People Officer (CPO) and the Chief Information Officer (CIO), providing equal and consistent support across both offices. What they're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in a senior executive assistant or executive administrative role supporting C-suite leadership, within a startup where priorities shift quickly
- Experience supporting multiple executives simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-complexity environment strongly preferred
- Demonstrated experience managing executive travel and expense reporting, including international travel coordination and policy compliance
- Familiarity with People (HR) and/or Technology (IT) functions a plus — demonstrated ability to quickly learn the language and priorities of new functional domains
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneNote) and project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, Jira, or equivalent)
