  • 10+ years of progressive HR leadership, including 5+ years at the executive table
  • Multi-country experience and a track record leading managers
  • Sharp business acumen — you translate strategy into programs people can feel
  • Sound judgment in ambiguous situations with no clear path
  • Ability to balance consistency and fairness with the specifics of each situation

Director of HR, Americas

We're looking for an HR leader who thinks like a business leader — someone who can look at a growth plan and immediately see the talent, structure, and culture it will take to get there.

As Director of HR for the Americas, you'll own the people strategy across the U.S., Canada, and Latin America for a $1.5B business. You'll lead a talented team of 20, sit on the Americas Executive Team, and help steer global HR direction as part of Axis' Global HR Management Team. Expect to travel around the region — and to our HQ in Sweden, where fika is a legitimate business activity.
