About the role
At Axon, our mission is to protect life and accelerate the future of public safety. As the leader of our Majors Air sales organization, you will help define how agencies deploy the next generation of aerial response technology.
What they're looking for
- 6+ years of enterprise sales experience, ideally in complex SaaS and/or high-tech environments
- 3+ years of leadership experience managing sales teams in complex or emerging technology markets
- Experience selling platform technologies or integrated solutions rather than single products
- Comfort operating at the intersection of SaaS, IoT, UAV technology, and real-time operational systems
- Demonstrated ability to succeed in complex consultative sales cycles with measurable outcomes
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to operate within a metrics-driven organization
