You are an organizational guru, have the ability to shift gears at a moment's notice and enjoy the opportunities (and challenges) of helping to build a stellar organization in hyper growth with talented individuals. What they're looking for
- Previous experience supporting a recruiting team, event planning, volume scheduling, and/or related HR experience
- Experience in arranging domestic and international travel
- Demonstrated track record of problem solving and analytical capability
- Proficient in Outlook or other similar tool
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or general CRMs
