About the role
We build and ship products for law enforcement and the communities they serve on a national and global scale. You will be leading the development of the next generation flagship consumer TASER which is a mix of proven T10 technology and brand-new technology, and the first true stand-alone consumer TASER that isn't just a re-skin of a law enforcement device. You will work with some of the best and brightest engineering teams to develop cutting-edge products from start to finish while balancing complex tradeoffs.
What they're looking for
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in program management in hardware development
- 5+ years of experience building processes, project management, and schedules
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, business, or equivalent work experience
- Delivered a hardware product with software as part of it, proven schedule and budget creation/tracking
- Experience and strong understanding of basic engineering principles and development
- Understand and communicate complex technical/engineering issues
