About the role
Join Axon’s Enterprise Professional Services team and help large, complex organizations unlock the full value of Axon’s technology ecosystem. In this role, you will support Enterprise customers across multiple Axon products, including Fusus, helping them address meaningful operational challenges through scalable, integrated software solutions.

- Enterprise Environment Experience: Experience supporting large, complex organizations with multiple stakeholders and interconnected workflows
- Ownership and Follow-Through: Demonstrated ability to take responsibility for deliverables, navigate challenges, and see work through to completion
- Composure and Professionalism: Ability to remain calm, constructive, and effective when working through ambiguity, customer feedback, or change
- Business Analysis Skills: Experience with discovery, requirements gathering, and translating business needs into actionable documentation
- Technical Collaboration: Comfortable working in software-driven environments and partnering with technical teams to understand constraints and solution options
- Clear Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
