Develop and modify NetSuite reporting, saved searches, KPIs, and dashboards based on business requirements.
What they're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field
- NetSuite certification preferred (Administrator)
- You have 5+ years of experience in financial systems, ERP administration, or finance technology leadership, including hands-on experience with NetSuite a multi-subsidiary OneWorld environment
- You have deep hands-on NetSuite expertise across SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, SuiteQL, saved searches, custom records and fields, and the roles and permissions model
- You have implemented and supported NetSuite integrations with other business systems — Workday, Salesforce, Adaptive, Snowflake, Avalara, Expensify, Zip, or Navan, or close equivalents
- Strong knowledge of NetSuite workflows, SuiteScript, customizations, reports, and saved searches

Manager, Financial Systems
Axonius is looking for a Manager of Financial Systems to own the health, integrity, and evolution of our core financial technology stack, and to help lead finance's automation and AI transformation efforts.
- Lead end-to-end delivery across the financial systems landscape, including requirements definition, solution design, configuration, development, testing, deployment, release management, and production support, tracked in JIRA or an equivalent system under department processes that keep project outcomes consistent.
- Conduct business process mapping and requirements-gathering sessions with Accounting, FP&A, Procurement, Tax, People, GTM, and Data, and translate business requirements into system solutions, configurations, and prioritized roadmap items.
- Serve as the Finance Systems partner to core business groups — People, GTM, Data, FP&A, and Accounting — helping solve business problems by designing and implementing systematic improvements.
