Axtria is looking for a Director to help lead our Commercial Excellence practice — a confident strategist and problem-solver who can walk into a client's business, understand the situation, read the room, and lead a cross-functional team of clients and Axtria consultants to the right solution. What they're looking for
- Experience at a top-tier strategy or operations consultancy, or a respected boutique strategy firm, is highly valued
- 7–15 years of experience in commercial strategy, operations, analytics, or strategy or operations consulting
- A deep, differentiated strength in incentive compensation strategy and design, ideally complemented by a second area of deep expertise elsewhere in commercial operations
- Experience in pharma, biotech, or medtech — whether in-house or as a consultant serving the industry — is valued but not required for the right strategic leader with a strong problem-solving track record
- High learning agility, with the confidence to get up to speed quickly on unfamiliar problems and domains
- Comfort designing qualitative and/or quantitative analyses to test and validate hypotheses
