Azolla Ventures brings a fundamentally new approach to venture investing, integrating catalytic capital and full-cycle capital to embrace high risk and prioritize climate impact. The Investment Associate will be a crucial member of a pipeline team that sources high-impact investment opportunities, builds relationships with start-up founders, and funds breakthrough technology companies.

- Source, evaluate, and monitor transformational climate start-ups (pre-seed through Series A) with gigaton-scale CO2 mitigation potential
- Develop and maintain relationships among entrepreneurs, co-investors, universities, incubators, and technology hubs
