Babylist is the best baby registry for growing families. Add baby gear from any store including Amazon, Target, and Etsy. Start building your registry today! Backed by Norwest and 500 Global.
About the role
Babylist Money is a new line of business built on a simple insight: the families Babylist serves don't stop needing guidance after the registry is done. Early Investor — the team's first shipped product — gives parents a way to connect a college savings account to a child’s Babylist fund for loved ones to contribute directly. It launched in July 2026 and now the focus is growing it.
What they're looking for
- Outcome-obsessed — you think in terms of revenue impact and measurable results, not shipped features, you can point to at least one project and say exactly what it drove for the bottom line
- Owned a roadmap — not just executed someone else's priorities, you've had to sit with the blank page, decide what matters, and defend it
- Comfortable with zero-to-one — you've built or co-built something new, not just optimized an existing product
- Growth-minded by instinct — you see a metric that needs to move and you immediately start generating hypotheses, you energize your team to begin experimentation with clear ways to measure
- Technically hands-on — you work directly with engineering daily, can QA your own work, ask smart technical questions, and move fast without waiting for answers, engineering is your partner, not your resource
- Data-driven by default — when you see a problem, your first instinct is to find the number that defines it and propose ways to move it
