As a follow-up to our in-person program, a virtual panel discussion on Wednesday, December 2 will bring to life the work and personal experiences of members across the Bain Capital platform; and how our investment strategy and approach will differentiate your opportunity at Bain Capital. This virtual webinar is open to all students who apply. We will not be able to consider your application until both the Workday registration and Predictive Index assessments are complete .

- In addition to submitting your Workday application , we require candidates to complete this brief online assessment * with our partners at the Predictive Index so that we can learn a bit more about your ability to process complex information.
