- Function as a subject matter expert on specifications across customers segments ensuring that all technical and business requirements are met during the integration process
- Build and maintain subject matter expertise on Bamboo Health’s products as team expertise evolves
- Serve as the Technical Account Manager for assigned Tier 1 accounts, providing ongoing oversight of complex integrations, proactive communication of technical risks, and resolution of integration issues
- Partner with data sources and internal teams to maintain HL7 mappings, implement configuration changes, and ensure reliable connectivity and data exchange
- Proactively identify implementation risks, process gaps, and opportunities for improvement, partnering with technical teams to develop scalable and sustainable solutions
- Address high-priority customer escalations, applying SQL-based data analysis to identify root causes and guide internal and external stakeholders toward resolution
