- Exceptional judgment, discretion, organization, and attention to detail
- Strong business acumen and the ability to understand customer strategy, financial information, performance metrics, and organizational priorities
- Demonstrated experience developing or improving executive-level presentations and communications
- Confidence using AI tools to synthesize information, identify themes, improve workflows, and produce high-quality first drafts
- Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, particularly presentation and spreadsheet tools
