About the role
The Partner Program Manager supports the execution and day-to-day operations of partnership programs that shape the partner experience. This role helps maintain partner-facing tools and documentation, coordinates program updates, tracks performance data, and supports workflows across both technical and business-facing teams.
What they're looking for
- 1–3 years of experience in partnerships, program coordination, business operations, sales or revenue operations, customer experience, project coordination, or a related area
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple requests, deadlines, and recurring responsibilities
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate documentation, reporting, and program information
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business-facing teams
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional work, track action items and dependencies, and follow projects through to completion
- Comfort learning and supporting new tools, platforms, workflows, and business processes
