- Shape ambiguous product opportunities into technical direction that other engineers build from
- Write agent specifications complete enough for a teammate to execute confidently, setting the quality bar for the constraints, acceptance criteria, risks, and tradeoffs they define
- Apply agentic judgment at the workstream level, setting the example for the team on when to delegate to agents and where human judgment is needed
- Steer multiple agents through implementation across concurrent workstreams, multiplying what you deliver while keeping engineering judgment and ownership
- Set the verification bar for a feature or workstream, matching review depth to risk and blast radius and validating with tests, observability, and production-readiness checks
- Own the full feature lifecycle, from specification through production monitoring, including the correctness, security, maintainability, and customer impact of the work
