- You feel aligned with the BambooHR values
- 8+ years in product management on developer platforms, public APIs, or partner ecosystems, including a role where partner-sourced revenue was a company-level commitment
- Experience making and defending build-versus-partner-versus-aggregate economics calls
- You can hold a roadmap accountable to a revenue plan you share with a commercial organization that owns the relationships and the sellers
- Technical depth in API design and authentication patterns. You can read a spec, challenge an endpoint design, and make principled calls on versioning, scoping, and deprecation
- Comfort building on open protocols that change quarterly, where you're expected to become the company's expert on them
