The Human Resources Group Leader partners closely with fellow HRBPs and serving as a resource across the People function, the HRBP serves as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and plays a critical role in delivering HR solutions that drive business performance, employee engagement, and scalable growth.
What they're looking for
- Professional HR certification (SPHR, PHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) strongly preferred
- Broad and deep knowledge across HR disciplines, including compensation, talent management, organizational development, employee relations, and employment law
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution across multiple HR functions
- Proven success navigating complexity and ambiguity in a fast-paced, evolving organization
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities at once
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with a high degree of discretion, diplomacy, and influence
