You'll own the rollout plan for each new product: what has to be true before it ships wider, who owns each open item, and where the program stands week-to-week.
This is an operational coordination role at the center of a technical program. Engineering, field crews, training, and warehousing all touch a new product launch, and you'll be the person keeping them in sync: running intake for field issues, routing each one to the right owner, tracking it to resolution, and reporting on readiness ahead of each new stage of rollout.
