About the role
Navigate complex organizations and build consensus across diverse stakeholders with developed multi-threaded executive relationships. Design and execute account strategies that meet or exceed retention and growth targets. Analyze each client’s business, priorities, and market context to translate long-term plans into focused account initiatives.
What they're looking for
- 9+ years in technology sales, strategic account management, business development, or equivalent experience
- Experience working with top 100 accounting firms, Fortune 500 companies, or similarly complex enterprise customers
- Proven success developing and executing account strategies for large, strategic clients
- Exceptional relationship-building skills, including the ability to build multi-threaded relationships and align stakeholders across large organizations
- Experience identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing large, complex technology deals with enterprise customers. Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to become a strategic partner rather than a vendor
- Executive presence and experience presenting to and negotiating with C-suite leaders, finance, IT, business teams, procurement, legal, and internal stakeholders
