About the role
As a Client Success Account Executive, Clinical, you become the strategic face of Bayesian for health system clients, guiding them from implementation through their entire lifecycle. You'll cultivate executive relationships, design stakeholder engagement strategies, and lead cross-functional teams to drive product adoption and clinical outcomes.
What they're looking for
- 5+ years experience in Client Success, Account Management, or Consulting managing high-priority customers with proven track record of driving renewals and expansion
- Clinical background as a nurse, therapist, or advanced practitioner with ability to communicate value of clinical decision tools in driving outcomes
- Executive presence with ability to lead and influence executive and frontline teams across varying backgrounds
- Results-oriented approach with a track record of exceeding expectations and continuous improvement mindset
- 3+ years proven ability to drive measurable value and unlock expansion opportunities with health system clients
- Experience working with health system executives and utilizing tech platforms to drive clinical and operational value
