About the role
BCM One is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our growing, in-house, global finance team. This position will work collaboratively with international team members in the USA to provide administrative and clerical support by auditing invoices for billing accuracy, following workflows, reviewing reports, performing daily application management tasks, and working with the Manager on cross-functional projects to reduce costs and ensure invoices are paid timely.

- Must have a bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, or finance related course from a reputable college or university
- Willing to be flexible with work hours to accommodate international needs
- Must work night shift
- 2 - 5 years of demonstrated experience managing invoice payments or an accounts payable portfolio
- Strong organizational skills to effectively assist with adherence to deadlines, attention to detail and strong problem solving and decision-making
- Strong written and verbal communication skills required

In this position, you will have the opportunity to experience the full life cycle of the AP process for multiple products and services.
This position will be hybrid based out of our office in Makati City, Philippines. We are typically in the office 3 days per week with WFH the other 2 days. This is subject to change based on the demands of the position and company. This position must live and be authorized to work in the Philippines; it is not eligible for relocation or sponsorship.
Night Shift - 9pm to 6am local. (9am to 6pm Eastern US business hours.)
