BCM One is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Administrator to help lead the implementation and launch of our new enterprise-wide ServiceNow platform. In this highly visible role, you'll help unify multiple ticketing systems into a scalable solution that simplifies work for our technicians and delivers a more seamless experience for our partners and customers.
This is not a coding-focused role. We're looking for a customer-experience driven ServiceNow expert who can translate business needs into effective processes, workflows, and system requirements. You'll serve as a key partner to internal stakeholders, leadership, and our implementation team, ensuring solutions are aligned, scalable, and successful across the organization.
Preference will be given to candidates that can be hybrid out of our Blue Bell, PA office. Remote candidates will also be considered. Candidates must reside in and be authorized to work in the United States. This role is not eligible for relocation assistance or visa sponsorship.
Hours: Eastern business hours with flexibility for international teams.
