About the role
You will join Beacon's Clinical Implementation team, reporting to the National Clinical Implementation Director. This is a remote, US-based individual contributor role anchored in our East territory, with travel to customer sites across your assigned region. The role does not carry direct reports, but you will mentor peers and newer specialists and may direct the work of others on implementation projects. What they're looking for
- Active RPSGT certification
- 8+ years of direct experience in sleep medicine, sleep lab operations, or home sleep apnea testing
- Demonstrated experience owning demos, customer implementations, clinical training, or go-live support in healthcare settings
- Experience delivering training and education to both clinical and administrative audiences
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Support, Marketing, and Product teams
- Demonstrated experience mentoring or coaching peers, and setting standards or best practices adopted beyond your own work
