- BS/BA required , currently pursuing an MS, MBA, or PhD
- Basic working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and AI, proficiency in Copilot is a plus
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven, with strong problem-solving skills and sound business judgment
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and effectively within cross-functional teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative approach to stakeholder engagement
- Strong interest in science and drug development, with the ability to learn and apply complex concepts
