- 5+ years of experience with complex biotechnology contracting, ideally with commercial-stage cell and gene therapy companies
- Ability to manage multiple, overlapping, high-stakes agreements to completion on tight timelines
- Flexible, must be able to work collaboratively with team members for a diverse range of projects
- High degree of professional ethics and integrity
- Sound judgement and ability to quickly analyze different sources of information
