- Pursuing a BS or MS in Bioengineering, Biochemistry or any related field of study with at least 1 year of relevant experience
- Strong interest in drug delivery, bioprocess development, or pharmaceutical manufacturing
- Knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and data analytics tools required
- Comfortable working in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with familiarity with process engineering concepts
- Highly motivated to learn, with excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
