- 10+ years of Human Resources experience, including significant HR Business Partner experience supporting complex organizations, such as Commercial
- Proven ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced commercial stage environment

- Proven ability to develop high levels of credibility and strong relationships with internal and external partners and vendors
