About the role
We're growing fast and expanding product and revenue lines. We’re looking for a hands-on yet strategic Global Controller to lead our accounting function, support financial infrastructure at scale, and serve as a key partner to our Executive Leadership Team as we move toward investor-grade financial operations.
What they're looking for
- Public accounting background (Big 4 strongly preferred)
- Leadership in a high-growth company, ideally Series B-D stage
- Strong familiarity with product-linked revenue (interchange, lending, deposits, fees)
- CPA required, deep knowledge of US GAAP
- Proven success building accounting teams, processes, and systems in a scale-up environment
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence senior stakeholders
