Position: 2015-13465 - Project Management - Project Integrator
This individual will assist in the expansion, training and integration of project management methodologies throughout the organization using the Sponsor's designated tools. This includes providing training and support to PMs/SIs to develop, update and analyze project schedules, identify cross-project dependencies and risks and track project financials. Responsible for evaluating project health by analyzing project schedules, dependencies, risks, and financial data; providing quality assurance checks to ensure adherence to organizational standards; assisting in the development of office-wide business rules, policies, and procedures as part of the governance process for the IPV program; providing subject matter expertise on the Project Management Framework (PMF) and the PPM tools; developing, analyzing and reporting programmatic and performance metrics.
