About the role
As an Aircraft Development Engineer on the Advanced Systems team, you will drive the cross-functional development workflow for new aircraft concepts. You will coordinate multidisciplinary trades, maintain integrated development artifacts, identify and retire technical risks, and assemble engineering evidence to support timely program decisions. You will need to understand the aircraft at an architecture level to support the effective design and optimization of next-generation electric aircraft. - Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Systems, or Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of aircraft, aerospace, or complex product-development experience
- Experience integrating multiple engineering disciplines on a hardware product
- Working knowledge of aircraft configuration, systems, structures, propulsion integration, manufacturing, or test
- Experience preparing and presenting trade studies, technical reviews, or decision-support materials
- Ability to structure ambiguous technical work into clear actions, decisions, and artifacts
