What they're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
- 12+ years of supplier quality experience in aerospace or high-reliability aviation manufacturing, with at least 3–5 years in a management role leading a multi-person supplier quality team
- Deep working knowledge of AS9100D with specific expertise in supplier quality obligations & FAA supply chain quality requirements under 14 CFR Part 21
- AS9102 First Article Inspection expertise — has reviewed, accepted, and set standards for FAI execution across a multi-commodity supplier base
- Strong SCAR program experience — has evaluated supplier RCCA submissions for technical adequacy, driven corrective action closure, and used supplier failure trend data to inform performance management decisions
- Operates at both the strategic and tactical level — has set the Supplier Quality direction for the organization and has evaluated the technical adequacy of a specific SCAR response or NCR disposition
