About the role
BetterUp is building its Channel partnership motion from the ground up — starting with strategic technology partners like Workday, SAP, Microsoft, Google. This role is responsible for building that function from the ground up: standing up the partner strategy, processes, and relationships where none exist today, and turning them into a repeatable go-to-market motion that drives the pipeline. This is a backfill role reporting to the SVP, Channel Partnerships.
What they're looking for
- - 6+ years of experience managing technology partnerships or channel go-to-market motions
- - Experience building and managing relationships with senior and C-level executives at partner companies
- - Experience launching partner go-to-market programs, including co-sell motions and joint account planning
- - Experience working cross-functionally across sales, marketing, product, and operations
- - Drives functional strategy for AI adoption, identifying transformational opportunities that create competitive advantage
- - Transforms core business processes through strategic AI integration (e.g., marketing automation, sales intelligence, operations efficiency)
