About the role
We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join our Enterprise Applications team. This role will partner closely with the Logistics, product and other teams to implement new software & deliver improvements to existing systems.
What they're looking for
- Extremely proficient in process analysis, process documentation, and organizational change management
- Self motivated, must have the ability to analyze a large complex problem, break it down into incremental deliverables, then execute against those deliverables without close oversight or supervision
- Familiarity with B2B CRM data archictecture
- Strong understanding of relational database concepts, some SQL programming experience
- Some familiarity with custom API integrations, EDI, Data Warehousing
- Experience with Netsuite ERP or the Warehouse/Inventory management module of a similarly full featured ERP system
