This role is pivotal in ensuring our customers achieve measurable outcomes through the adoption of BigPanda’s suite of AI solutions: AI Detection and Response, AI Incident Assistant, and AI Incident Prevention.

- 6+ years project management experience with enterprise IT Projects or SaaS Implementations
- Experience with digital transformation projects and implementing operational improvements alongside technical solutions
- Demonstrated responsibility for timelines, deliverables, budget, and resources
- Detail-oriented, energetic, efficient individual with a “get it done” attitude
- Capable of building and maintaining strong relationships with a diverse set of internal and external constituencies, including senior-level executives and technical leads

This role is pivotal in ensuring our customers achieve measurable outcomes through the adoption of BigPanda’s suite of AI solutions: AI Detection and Response, AI Incident Assistant, and AI Incident Prevention.
TPMs lead implementations that unify traditionally siloed IT functions across Observability, Event Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Site Reliability Engineering, and Operations. They must quickly understand each customer’s IT support model, uncover their greatest pain points, and prioritize delivery of iterative outcomes that reinforce trust in BigPanda’s products and expertise.
- Lead multiple customer implementations from kickoff through go-live, ensuring projects deliver business value and technical alignment.
- Quickly assess a customer’s IT operations model and guide changes that enable cross-department collaboration through BigPanda.
