What they're looking for
- 10+ years in design, with at least four leading a multidisciplinary in-house creative team, including managing Creative Directors or other people managers
- A portfolio with two kinds of receipts: work you made, and work your team made under your direction. Brand and campaign work with a clear point of view
- Experience building and governing a brand design system in a fast-moving company, and keeping it in use
- Hands-on experience bringing AI tools into a creative team's workflow, with a real opinion on where they help, where they don't, and how you protect quality along the way
- Experience producing video and motion for marketing, either directly or by building the team and vendor mix to do it
- Experience running agencies, contractors, and a budget from RFP through delivery
