About the role
Join BILL as a Revenue Strategy & Growth, Director and serve as a force multiplier for our Chief Revenue Officer and the broader Revenue organization. This is a senior individual contributor role for someone who can think at the strategic level, work across organizational boundaries, and drive measurable revenue outcomes without relying on headcount.
What they're looking for
- At least eight (8) years of progressive experience across Go-to-Market strategy, revenue leadership, and business strategy, with a track record of driving measurable growth outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to operate as a high-impact individual contributor at a senior level, influencing executive decisions and leading cross-functional efforts without relying on organizational authority or headcount
- Experience working at the intersection of Product and Revenue, with a clear point of view on aligning roadmap priorities to commercial outcomes
- Meaningful hands-on experience applying AI and automation to revenue or go to market problems, with a track record of driving adoption and measuring results
- Analytical rigor and comfort working with complex, imperfect data to build business cases and make confident recommendations to senior leadership
- Strong executive communication skills, with the ability to represent the Revenue organization's perspective credibly across Product, Finance, and the C-suite
