What they're looking for
- Demonstrated social media experience where you set the strategy, not just executed someone else's (and have the receipts to prove it)
- In-house experience at a B2B or B2C brand, ideally in technology, SaaS, fintech, or with a startup
- A track record of building employee advocacy and executive social programs
- Sharp editorial judgment and a portfolio that shows how your work changes by platform, audience, and moment
- Experience leading agency or contractor partners while keeping clear ownership of strategy and quality
