The Program Manager, Business & Data is a critical role responsible for structuring ambiguous business problems, building the model, and driving the analysis to a clear, defensible number. You will leverage AI tools and co-work agents to pull and clean data, build models, and surface insight faster, focusing your expertise on framing the right question and driving the analysis to a decision leadership can act on. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT/Data, or Engineering

- Strong quantitative and modeling skills, with the ability to structure a problem before reaching for a spreadsheet
- Comfort operating in ambiguity, able to take a laundry list of open items and chase it to closure
- Advanced Excel or equivalent modeling tool proficiency
