- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT/Data, or Engineering
- Systematic thinker — breaks a messy problem into parts, works it in order, and doesn't lose the thread
- 3–5 years of experience in technical program or project management, ideally supporting engineering or product teams, or a recent graduate with strong internship or co-op experience in the same
- Demonstrated ability to build AI into personal and team workflows to plan, track, and report on programs
- Comfort operating in ambiguity, able to take a loosely defined ask and structure it into a plan with clear owners and dates
