- 7–8 years of experience in creator management, with a track record of building and growing successful creator programs at a brand
- Proven creator strategies that drive measurable brand and business outcomes — beyond reach and engagement
- Deep understanding of social platforms, content types, creator ecosystems, and performance metrics
- Experience owning creator budgets and negotiating partnerships — talent fees, usage rights, exclusivity, paid amplification
- Strong analytical skills, able to translate creator and social performance data into clear business insights and recommendations
