What they're looking for
- 2+ years of experience in a product role — product operations, product analytics, QA, consulting, or similar
- Deeply obsessive about user experience and product quality, with natural attention to detail and strong product intuition
- Genuine curiosity — you dig into how something works and why it broke rather than logging it and moving on
- Strong partnering skills: able to work directly with external partners, understand their business, and map what you learn onto product feedback
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with product and business data
- Ability to synthesize quantitative signals and qualitative feedback into actionable insights

What’s the role?
As a Product Specialist on the Rentals pod, you will be the dedicated customer advocate for the resident rent payment experience and the housing platform that powers our multifamily partners.
