What they're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study or equivalent experience
- Paralegal studies certification
- A minimum of three (3) years of experience as a paralegal
- Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment
- Prior audit support experience
- Experience with corporate governance
