About the role
We're looking for a Brand Designer (Web) to help define how that experience looks and feels. You'll work closely with Engineering to bring designs to life on the web. You don't need to be a software engineer, but you should be comfortable working with a modern website and using tools like Claude Code to make design changes, iterate quickly, and ship improvements yourself.

Own the design and day-to-day evolution of bland.ai .
Keep the site current with product launches, case studies, new messaging, and company updates. Continuously improve the design, user experience, responsiveness, accessibility, and overall quality of the site.
