- Serve as the dedicated product owner for a contracted custom client build, owning requirements, backlog, and sprint execution with our globally distributed engineering team
- Advise prospects through pre-sales discovery, guiding component selection and setting clear expectations on what's standard, what's custom, and what we won't build
- Make discovery repeatable by building the discovery questions, scoping method, and gap-analysis template that account executives, sales engineers, and deployment leads can run themselves on standard deals
- Support pre-sales on scoping, technical feasibility, solution design, and proposals for both standard and high-touch deployments
- Hand structured, buildable requirements to product owners for execution, with clear ownership so requirements are owned once
- Stay engaged after go-live on stabilization, adoption, and expansion opportunities
