About the role
Blend is seeking a Senior Manager, Technical Accounting to lead our Technical Accounting function in our next phase of growth. This is a high-profile position that will play a critical role in addressing a wide variety of complex technical accounting matters. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders throughout the Company to ensure the successful execution of key initiatives within the Finance organization. - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Active CPA
- 10+ years of progressive experience with concentration on technical accounting, strong technical expertise in multiple facets of US GAAP and capability to conduct independent research
- Prior public accounting experience required, Big 4 preferred
- Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred)
- A track record of process automation, with a passion for applying AI to accounting workflows
