What they're looking for
- Assist the HRBP team with logistics and coordination for performance review and promotion cycles, calibration sessions, and other people programs
- Support communication rollouts for HR programs and policy updates impacting hourly populations
- Help managers document performance conversations and employee issues accurately and consistently
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- At least 3 years of HR experience, ideally supporting hourly or production populations
- Hands-on experience with I-9 processing and high-volume onboarding
