What they're looking for
- Serve as the on-site People Ops presence in Pittsburgh — welcoming new hires on Day 1 and ensuring they feel supported from the moment they arrive
- Coordinate on-site logistics including training room assignments, orientation setup, and materials preparation
- Provide first-line support for new hire benefits questions, directing employees to the appropriate resources (carrier portals, WEX, Lumity) and escalating complex questions
- Support ad hoc People Ops needs as they arise — including fingerprinting coordination, document collection, and general administrative tasks that support the broader team
- Act as a reliable, approachable resource for employees navigating their first days and weeks at Blink Health
- Provide support on other onboarding tasks as needed
